Auto-close function A unique 6 pieces slit structure on each spot to close the seal after injection. This function reduces volatilization of the sample solution. Usable for autosampler needles and pipette tips.

Air-tightness test

Each seal was pierced with an autosampler needle and tested for airtightness at 4℃. The residual amount of acetonitrile was measured at every 3 hours. After 24 hours, the residual rate of acetonitrile was less than 50% for 0 hours when using a typical silicone mat, whereas this rate was about 90% when using TORAST™ 96well Seal F Type. Auto-close function of the TORAST™ 96well Seal F Type provides high reproducibility and reliability.

Ultra-low bleed

As adhesive not used in the well parts, there is not bleeding from the adhesive. The product also has protective seals on both sides to prevent contamination before using.
