Description:
Allure Organic Acids columns offer improved retention and selectivity for polar organic acids, enabling separation to be achieved using just one 30 cm column. An Allure Organic Acids column efficiently separates important organic acids like tartaric and quinic acids by following the chromatographic conditions outlined in AOAC method 986.13. Retention remains consistent and repeatable, even when utilizing the 100% aqueous mobile phase indicated in the AOAC method.

Product Part
Description:
By using silica of the highest purity along with improved mechanical stability and pure bonding agents, the Polar-Imidazole phase is integrated with imidazole functional groups. Featuring a polar structure that contains nitrogen in a ring, the Polar-Pyridine phase acts as a weak base and is suitable for various applications, including pharmaceuticals, peptides, sugars, and nucleotides.

Product Part
Description:
Carbomix phases consist of spherical polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles with low cross-linking, whose surfaces have been modified with sulfonic acid (-SO3H). This is followed by the chelation of metal ions, such as calcium (Ca2+), lead (Pb2+), sodium (Na+), or potassium (K+), resulting in the formation of Carbomix phases: Ca-NP, Pb-NP, Na-NP, and K-NP, respectively. The PS/DVB support features a cross-linking degree of 5%, 8%, and 10%, with particle sizes of 5 and 10 µm. The uniform size of these particles contributes to the high separation efficiency of Carbomix. These resins are specifically engineered for the high-resolution separation of carbohydrates, organic acids, peptides, and nucleic acids.
